If tears could build a stairway And memories were a lane We would walk right up to heaven And bring you back again No farewell words were spoken No time to say goodbye You were gone before we knew it And only God knows why Our hearts still ache in sadness And secret tears still flow What it meant to lose you No one can ever know But now we know you want us To mourn for you no more To remember all the happy times Life still has much in store Since you'll never be forgotten We pledge to you today A hallowed place within our hearts Is where you'll always stay

For Carol & Marilyn, Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there, I do not sleep. I am in a thousand winds that blow, I am the softly falling snow. I am the gentle showers of rain, I am the fields of ripening grain. I am in the morning hush, I am in the graceful rush Of beautiful birds in circling flight, I am the starshine of the night. I am in the flowers that bloom, I am in a quiet room. I am in the birds that sing, I am in each lovely thing. Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there. I did not die.

A MESSAGE FROM HEAVEN I am not so far from you, just a little way beyond past the cares and past the pain, far past my earthly bonds. When you feel you miss me most, as years go drifting by, each memory will prove to you, that our love will never die. For memories are but a touch, from the Father’s gentle hand, to heal your pain & mend your hearts,to help you understand. That while I left you far too soon, I did not leave alone, for the Father sent his Angels to gently take me home. Take comfort when you think of me, keep my love alive in your heart, and with the warmth of each memory, We will never be apart!
