Uncle Paul will be greatly missed. He was my godfather and the last surviving sibling from my Mom's (Martha Kovach Holena) family. Growing up, I remember him being the "Joe Flash" of the Kovach family because he was always the one taking pictures. Sort of like my brother, Ted today! Uncle Paul was famous for his polaroid camera/pictures. This was the latest and greatest technology back in the day. I still remember pulling apart the picture and waving it to develop. Within seconds you had your picture. Unfortunately, because Uncle Paul was always the one taking the pictures, he wasn't in many photos. Maybe he is the reason why timers were added to cameras today? Uncle Paul had a wonderful memory and quick wit. He was loving, funny, intelligent and hard-working. He missed his 86th birthday by one week. I'm sure he is looking down on us from heaven. He will be greatly missed.
