Obituary of Raul P. Rodriguez

Raul P. Rodriguez, 78, of Whiting, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2020 at home. Born in Manila, Philippines, he lived in South Plainfield, NJ for 26 years before moving to Whiting in 2016. Raul was a medical representative for Merck Pharmaceuticals in the Philippines and a culinary instructor in South Plainfield. He was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Whiting and a member of the Knights of Columbus. Raul was predeceased by three brothers. He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Wilhelmina Rodriquez; his son, Josef Raoul Rodriguez, SJ of Omaha, NE; his brother, Robert; five sisters, Corazon, Fe, Julie, Aurora and Avelina. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 19th from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting, NJ followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:45 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting.
