Marilyn was my neighbor. She was a loving, kind and caring person. She truly lived her faith. When Marilyn attended our Kendig Nights, she lite up the room with her quick wit and laughter. She will be deeply missed. Heaven truly gained a golden soul.
Love,
Joan Ferree

Hello my name is Viola I didn’t know Marilyn but I just wanted to offer my condolences to her family and friends please read what it says in the Bible at second Corinthians chapter 1 verse three and four it says “praise be to God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ the father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we received from God I hope that was encouraging to to you as it was to me.

Memories of Marilyn are of a smiling face and great laughter. Just as big as her personality was her faith and devotion to the Lord. You are so missed but I am sure they are celebrating your presence in heaven. Love, Pat D’Ambrosio

Marilyn is so missed already. A beautiful woman with an even more beautiful soul. I loved her so much! I will always cherish my memories with her. It would only take seconds for her to put a smile on my face. A true role model. I look up to her so much for her upbeat personality, positive attitude, and just overall fun-loving persona. So energetic and full of life. Such a fun person to be around, and I am so honored to have crossed paths with her. I am truly devastated and wish I could have many more laughs with her. I love you Miss Marilyn! Thank you for being such an awesome friend! We will see each other again... <3

Marilyn was the best. We lived next door to each other; and she always shared our first time together - My husband and I thought their house was :"ours" and that led to a great time together as neighbors. She will be sorely missed.

Life Well Lived
A life well lived is a precious gift
Of hope and strength and grace,
From someone who has made our world
A brighter, better place
It’s filled with moments, sweet and sad
With smiles and sometimes tears,
With friendships formed and good times shared
And laughter through the years.
A life well lived is a legacy
Of joy and pride and pleasure,
A living, lasting memory
Our grateful hearts will treasure

Aunt Marilyn .... You were taken away from us way too soon. You had so much more of life to live, love to offer, laughter to share and memories to make. I will forever and ever cherish you. You worked so hard to please Jesus and return to His Home. I pray that your journey home was as joyful as you envisioned and you are surrounded by loves of your life who went there before you. Here on Earth, you will live on in our hearts and be in our thoughts always. I miss you so much already! I'll love you forever. Shellie

I guess when you rush your writing it is never complete! My dear aunt is reunited with Gram and Pop, Aunt Roe and Anthony, and Aunt Rose. My prayer is that they are all together laughing and drinking coffee! I can hear any of them yelling "Put the coffee on!" Such wonderful memories! I hope they are all happy, pain free, and enjoying everlasting life! I love them ALL!!

I will never forget our over night trips to Aunt Maggie’s! Stopping at the candy store and getting our favorite wafer ice cream cones!! The camping trips. Learning all about Elvis Presley. But most of all I will always do my best to mimic her positivity, her unconditional love and acceptance, and her enduring faith! I will miss her everyday but will also take comfort in knowing she is with Uncle Art and her precious Michael. I also know she is with my mom, dad, Aunt Diana, Uncle Dave playing cards for pennies, dancing, and eating steamers!! I love you to the moon and back and will miss you always!! All my love Susin

We met Marilyn and Art in The Villages of Hillview. They were our neighbors, two doors up. Her energy and love of life brought many fun times to many in Hillview, especially to the Ruby Gem Red Hats and her Kendig neighbors. We were sad to see her move, but understood her desire to be close to family. May God welcome her with open arms. Our thoughts and prayers go with her.
