Mom loved tea and cookies while she watched Jeopardy.
Mom loved a good laugh, and she had the gift of gab, she loved conversation.
Mom loved all things Irish.
A loyal daughter of her Irish/Scotch heritage, she loved the orange and green of the flag, Irish people, literature, music, and our Irish neighborhood in jersey city.
It is hard to imagine Mom not stopping by the Emerald Isle on her way to Heaven.
May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind always be at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, and rains fall soft upon your fields,
Thank you for leaving us a wide and valued legacy!

Mrs . Carino was dear to me. Eileen has been in my life since I was 15 years old.
We shared many holidays and good times together.
I enjoyed listening to her many stories. She always had such a great “ dry” sense of humor like a lot of her children lol
When I got married 4 years ago, My husband fell in love with her heart and spirit as well.
I will never forget her coming up to the dance floor at our wedding to do the twist lol. God bless her for never complaining and living life to the fullest. A God fearing woman . GOD was very important to Eileen which is why she continued to worship him right up until the day she passed. I find comfort in knowing she is with our Savior.. Jesus Christ. Not to mention, Her wonderful, loving husband... Alfred Carino.
Rest easy Mrs. Carino.. We will miss you!!
