Obituary of James Libretto

James L. Libretto, age 71 of Whiting, Manchester died Sunday April 10, 2011 at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City, James was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. He was a letter carrier for the US Postal Service in the Rosebank Station, Staten Island for 30 yrs retiring in 1995. He was a practioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton RC Church, Whiting. James was predeceased by his brother John and sister Marie DeLuca. Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Joan K; his 2 sons and their wives, James and Gina of Old Bridge, NJ and Thomas and Maria of Staten Island; A brother Salvatore and his wife Kathy of Whiting; 3 grandchildren Thomas, Jennifer, and Gianna and many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Rd, Whiting. A funeral liturgy will be on Friday April 15, 2011 at 10:45 am at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church 30 Schoolhouse Rd, Whiting.
