Obituary of Sr. Perez

Robert A. Perez, Sr, of Whiting, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2011 at AristaCare at Whiting. Born in Millvale, PA, he lived in Pittsburgh, PA and Sussex County, NJ prior to moving to Whiting in 1994. He was a member of Christ Evangelical Church, Whiting. Robert was predeceased by three brothers, John, James and Charles and two sisters, Anne Gartner and Virginia Haefle. He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Ruth (Kerr) Perez; four loving children, Albert Perez and his wife, Rebecca, Eileen Perez and her husband, Charles Bennett, Diane Perez and Robert A. Perez, Jr. and his wife, Natalie and five cherished grandchildren, Angela, Jim, Grace, Gianna and Elizabeth. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 9, at Christ Evangelical Church, 300 Schoolhouse Rd., Whiting. Arrangements are under the direction of Aaron Cremation Associates, Inc., Whiting.
