Obituary of Henry Graf

Henry Graf, 85, of Whiting, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021 at AristaCare at Whiting. Henry was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. He moved to Whiting 22 years ago. He was a shipping clerk manager for H.A. Gogarty Shipping Company in New York. Henry was a member of the Lakeshore Lodge Social Club, the Safety Patrol of Pine Ridge and the Old Guard. He was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Whiting. Henry was predeceased by his parents, Providence and Henry Graf, Sr. and his sister, Augusta Orleman. He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Ann Graf; five children, Barbara Kelly, Michael Graf, Eric Graf, Amy Welch and Matthew Graf; one sister, Sandra Hendley; 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; many devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and his AristaCare family. A Memorial Mass will be offered at 10:45 a.m. on Friday, April 30th at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Arrangements are under the direction of Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, Whiting.
