My heart goes out to all of Frank’s family. Frank was such a kind and cheerful man. A true gentleman, and a rare breed. When I think of Frank, I always picture him walking down Ocean Ave, arm in arm , or holding hands with his beautiful Iris, smiling. I don’t think I ever saw them walking outside, not arm in arm. Now they are together again, resting in peace. I pray that Carolyn, Frank , Willow and the rest of the Modicas , take solace in your wonderful memories of Frank. You are truly blessed to have had such a wonderful father and grandfather.
