Lou,
Thank you for taking me under your wing and being my mentor. You treated everyone with respect and you were so proud to be a Catholic gentleman. Thanks for your many years of service to the Knights of Columbus. You never turned down an opportunity to donate time and effort to help others. A fine example we should all live by. God Bless you brother.

Louie was an amazing person , he never left me out of the loop . And throughout my life was one of the people who left a strong impression on my heart . Gram myself and the kids all live and miss him . You may not see family as much as you like but knowing they are there on the other side of a phone or text does volumes.! I’ll never forget him and will love him always. Gone far to soon ... peace be until we meet again

Best of cousins...lot of wonderful memories...enjoyed all our talks and was so happy you found someone to spend the last years of your life. Lou had the biggest heart..kindest person you would ever meet in your life. His smile generated to the moon and beyond ..always a kind word for everyone. Loved his family and he let them know. You will be missed beyond words...thank you for being part of my family... know you were and are loved...my heart is broken because you are gone ..until we meet again. Love you Lou

LaPlaga family,
Your dad was a great person and I always will have fond memories of him, growing up in Settlers. He was always smiling and fun to be around. Chris and I were the best of friend’s growing up together. Sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Brian Fitz

Uncle Lou, thank you for all the summer fun at your house. Crabbing, fishing, and pool. You always made sure we had fun as kids. I’ll never forget making us eat the famous goulash. Lol. Rest In Peace.

Lou had the biggest heart and biggest smile. I am so happy he spent life helping others. Being so involved with the Knights, he was so involved with the church. He was always there for me, those 9 yrs we were together not one fight. Ok other than about Steven. I will treasure all the memories we made. You will always be in my heart. Love you Pookie.
