Obituary of Catherine M. Moore

   Catherine M. Moore, 96, of Whiting, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Newark, NJ, she lived in Newark, Lakehurst and Beachwood before moving to Whiting in 1990.  Catherine was a member of the Seaside Park Chapter of Deborah and the Ladies Auxiliary Fleet Reserve #124 in Lakehurst.  She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting and a member of the church’s Altar Rosary Society.

   She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 66 plus years, Clarence C. Moore in 2011, her cherished grandson, Paul Ferguson in 1994 and her dear sister, Margaret Dublinksi in 2015.  She is survived by one son, Ronald C. Moore and his wife, Patty of Mt. Laurel, NJ; three daughters, Deirdre Waller and her husband, Mostafa of Falls Church, VA, Cynthia Kennedy of Pensacola, FL and Barbara Kemph of Toms River, NJ; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

   A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, September 5th at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 30 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting, NJ.  Interment will follow at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.  Contributions in Catherine's memory to the Wounded Warriors Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675, would be greatly appreciated.
