As a former Totowa resident for most of my life, and a cousin to Joe Belbol, I want to offer my sincere condolences from my siblings the Makoujy's to Carol, Joe's lovely wife and their two daughters. Cozy was "the spot" on the Boulevard to be seen as a teenager. The Belbol's made everyone feel welcomed there. I remember Joe always asking me "How is eveything?" and letting a shy smile through. He was a quiet man. May he rest with his Brother Robert and their parents in Peace. Deb Makoujy Gilbert.

I'm so sorry to learn about Joe's Passing. My condolences to the family. We shared memories of our grammar school days and attending high school together at Don Bosco Tech. Then there were the days of hanging out at Cozy Corner. So many memories. I'm leaving for a week in Barcelona Spain on Wednesday and disappointed I won't be able to attend his Friday Church Services. I'll say a prayer and light a candle for him in Barcelona Basilica.
