Obituary of Thomas Palmieri

     Thomas Palmieri, 87, of Whiting, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at home.  Born in Orange, NJ, he lived in Summit before moving to Whiting in 1995.  Thomas was a custodian and bus driver for the Summit Board of Education for 38 years, retiring in 1995.  He was a member of the Free Masons, Past Master of Overlook Lodge, member and Past Master of the Altas Pythagoras Lodge, member of the Salaan Shriners of Livingston, NJ and member of the 32nd Degree Consistory Valley of North New J ersey.  He was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting.

     Thomas was predeceased by his first wife, Connie Palmieri in 2008 and his sister, Theresa DiBiasi.  He is survived by his second wife of 7 years, Joan Palmieri and his sister, Nancy Testa of Bloomfield, NJ.

     A Memorial Mass will be offered on Saturday, December 30th at 10:45 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 30 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting.  Inurnment will follow at the All Saints Chapel.
