I've been going through your family's ups and downs with Bob and Lorraine for so many years that I felt I knew Jane - - and also that I knew Sue, Ed, Terry and Suzanne before we'd actually met. It was so good to have spent time with all of you and now, to tell you how I feel for you. Having gone through my mother's death eight months ago, I know what it's like. We were all lucky to have had our mothers for as long as we did; my mother and yours were wonderful women, wonderful wives, wonderful grandmothers and great-grandmothers.
