Obituary of Angelo R Romanelli

 Angelo R Romanelli, 70, of Whiting, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Jersey City, NJ, he lived in Fords before moving to Whiting 40 years ago. Butch was a Vietnam Army Veteran; he retired as a program/systems analyst. Butch was an avid sports lover, little league coach, computer hobbyist, and adored spending time with his seven grandchildren. He was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting.        

   Butch was predeceased by his loving daughter, Nicole, in 2010. He is survived by his beloved wife, Diane, of 50 years; his son, Michael; three daughters, Michele and her husband Bart, Suzanne and her husband Chris, Stephanie and her husband Alan; seven grandchildren, Payton, Valerie, Kevin, Matthew, Sean, Roman, Cole; sister Marie Tagliareni; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Marilyn and Richard Stahl; and many nieces and nephews.

   Visitation will be Tuesday, May 2nd from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered Wednesday, May 3rd at 10:45 am at the All Saints Chapel of St Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 30 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting, NJ. The family has asked all attending the mass to go directly to the chapel. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Nicole Romanelli Memorial Scholarship Fund.
