Obituary of Doreen S. Moffett

Doreen S. Moffett, 64, of Whiting, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016 at home. Born in Elizabeth, she lived in Waretown for many years before moving to Whiting four years ago. Doreen was a beautician and then a home health aide for Meridian at Home in Brick. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Doreen was predeceased by her husband, James Moffett, five years ago. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Mike Kaminskas of Jackson; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Linda Faella and Gus and Debbie Faella, all of Bayville and three grandchildren, Michael, William and Brianna. Visitation will be Sunday, Dec. 11th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Rd., Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered Monday, Dec. 12th at 10:45 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Central Jersey Chapter, 740 Broad Street, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702 would be appreciated.
