Obituary of Joann Kinzel

Dolores (Joann) Kinzel, 82, of Whiting, passed away Monday, May 9, 2016 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Brooklyn, NY she lived in Staten Island, NY before moving to Whiting 15 years ago. Dolores was a bookkeeper for Gibraltar Construction Company, Staten Island, NY. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Dolores is survived by her beloved husband, Robert Kinzel; three sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Camille Kinzel, Mark and Mary Kinzel and Christopher and Antoinette Kinzel; two brothers, Sonny Piersiak and Bobby Piersiak; one sister, Helene Hrusba; 11 grandchildren, Mark, Katie, Matthew, John, Luke, Robert, Anthony, Emily, Daniel, Mary and Nicole and 4 great-grandchildren, Amelia, Lia, Oliver (Oscar) and Danielle. Visitation will be Thursday, May 12th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered on Friday, May 13th at 9 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting.
