Obituary of Mary M. (Zakrzewski) Kruk

Mary M. (Zakrzewski) Kruk, 81, of Whiting, passed away Friday, April 01, 2016 at home. Born in Jersey City, NJ, she lived in East Stroudsburg, PA before moving to Whiting 8 years ago. She was a member of the diet club T.O.P.S. and the Ceramics Club of Village I. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Mary was predeceased by her first husband, Edward Zakrzewski on July 4, 1982 and her second husband, Kenneth Kruk. She is survived by four children, Linda Zakrzewski of Hamburg, NJ, Zak Tazmon of Seattle, WA, Edward Zakrzewski of Henryville, PA and Gwen Hopkins of Jackson, NJ; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, April 3rd from 2 to 4 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered Monday, April 4th at 9 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Interment will follow at Stanhope Union Cemetery, Stanhope, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Mary's name to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or The American Cancer Society.
