Obituary of Charles E. Pae, Sr.

Charles E. Pae, Sr., 81, of Whiting, passed away, Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at his home with family and his dear friend by his side. He was born and raised in Trenton, NJ. Charles was predeceased by his dear wife of 56 years, Audrey Pae; his parents, Louis and Elizabeth (Pinter) Pae; and brothers, Raymond and Robert. He is survived by his son, Charles E. Pae, Jr. and his family of Ewing, two great-grandchildren, Chloe and Caden; his sisters, Elizabeth Smith of Massachusetts, Lorraine and Ronald Labau of Bordentown and Shirley and Jack Nami of Columbus; brothers, Lester Pae of Southampton and William Pae of Morrisville, PA; sister-in-law, Kathy Pae of Hamilton; his dear friend Maria Vas of Whiting; many nieces and nephews and many good friends in Europe.. Charles was a member of Community Reformed Church, Whiting where he volunteered for many years. He was a former member of the 50th Armored Division Army National Guard. He enjoyed traveling and visited many countries. He was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan and enjoyed Nascar races. “CHAL” will be missed by family and friends. There will be no calling hours. Funeral services will be Private under the direction of Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, Whiting.
