Obituary of Matteo Carcich

MATTEO N. CARCICH, 83 of Whiting, Manchester; died Monday August 4, 2008 at home. Born in Yugoslavia, he lived in Brick, NJ and Micco, FL before moving to Whiting 4 years ago. Mr. Carcich was a union carpenter with the International Brotherhood of Carpenters and Millwrights Local 2018 of Ocean County. He was a Communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton RC Church, Whiting. Mr. Carcich is survived by his wife of 57 years, Elena; his daughter, Kathleen Coyle of Brick, NJ; three sons; Matthew of Little Egg Harbor, NJ; James P. of Norfolk, VA and Richard W. of Jackson, NJ. Also surviving are his sister, Anita Mancini of Australia, 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home 28 Schoolhouse Rd. Whiting. A funeral liturgy will held on Friday at 10am in the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church 30 Schoolhouse Rd. Whiting. Entombment will follow in Ocean County Memorial Park Toms River, NJ
