Obituary of Beth Creed

BETH M. CREED, 40, of Whiting, MANCHESTER, NJ, passed away Monday, April 21, at home after a life-long struggle with Friedreich's Ataxia. Beth was an accomplished artist and poet. She gave love and beauty to everyone who met her, and they in turn would go out into their lives and try to live with more compassion and appreciation. Beth's life can best be described by the following quotes: "My soul is my friend who consoles me in misery and distress of life," and "I came to live in the glory of Love and the light of Beauty, which are reflections of God." Beth was predeceased by her father, William, and brother, Tommy. She is survived by her partner, Tom McDermott, her mother, Carol Stratton Creed and eight brothers and sisters: Mary, Carrie, Bill, Jay, John, Pamela, Lenora and Carissa.
