Obituary of Roger McDyer

Roger James McDyer, 47, of New York City, NY, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2012. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived in New York CIty, NY. Roger was an information technology director of Smith & Wollensky in New York, NY for 20 plus years. He was predeceased by his father, Patrick M. McDyer in 1971 and his sister, Deirdre McDyer. He is survived by his mother, Dolores McDyer of Whiting; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Sean and Jan McDyer and Patrick and Laura McDyer; three nieces, Gabrielle, Sarah and Cara and two great-nephews, Dylan and Gavin. Relatives and friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., Friday, Oct. 26th at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Funeral Service will be held at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 27th at St. Raymond Cemetery, 2600 Lafayette Avenue, Bronx, NY 10465. The family has requested donations be made to his nieces, Gabrielle and Sarah's, college fund.
