Obituary of James Burns

JAMES BURNS, 74, of Whiting, MANCHESTER, passed away on December 23, at home. Born and lived in Bayonne before moving to Whiting, 5 years ago. He worked for Huber Ink as a dye worker. Mr. Burns proudly served in the army during the Korean War. James is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Margaret, four children Kelly, Nancy, Judy, Anthony, six step-children Tina, Tony, Renee, Helen, Lorraine, and Eddie; a brother Harold, sisters Lois and Edith, 19 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday December 27, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Service will be held at 8pm.
