Obituary of Veronica Cirone

Veronica B. Cirone (nee Williams), 78, of Whiting, passed away Monday, August 27, 2012 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she lived in Lindenhurst, Long Island, NY before moving to Whiting in 1996. Veronica was a hospital administrative assistant for several hospitals, St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, L.I., NY and Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, NJ. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Alfred J. Cirone; four children, Ellen Siegel and her husband, Eli, Joseph Cirone, Al Cirone and his wife, Adrienne and Christine Cirone; two brothers, Joseph Williams and James Williams and two grandchildren, Veronica and Logan. Visitation will be Thursday, August 30th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday, August 31st from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10:45 a.m., at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Interment will be at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater New Jersey Chapter, 400 Morris Ave., Suite 251, Denville, NJ 07834-1365.
