Obituary of Mary Papalia

Mary A. Papalia, 91, of Bayville, Berkeley Twp., passed away Friday, August 17, 2012 at home. Mary was born and raised in Fairview, NJ and has lived in Bayville for 38 years. She was a homemaker who devoted her life to her family. She was a communicant of St. Barnabas Roman Catholic Church, Bayville, until her later years. She then attended St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Frank in 1998 and her son, Vincent in 2004. She is survived by one son, Rev. Pasquale Papalia, Pastor of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting and two grandsons. Visitation will be Sunday, August 19th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, August 20th from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10:45 a.m., at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Entombment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River, NJ.
