Obituary of Carl Haubold
Carl Herbert Haubold, 72, of Whiting, NJ and Punta Gorda, FL, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Born in Newark, NJ, he lived in Piscataway, NJ and Rochester, NY before moving to Whiting in 2002. Carl was a comptroller for ARC, Association for Retarded Citizens in Mount Morris, NY for 20 years, retiring in 2001. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was a member of the American Legion Post #0103 in Punta Gorda, FL. He was also a member of the Rutgers Alumni Association and a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Whiting.
Carl is survived by his wife of 51 years, Mary; one daughter, Ann Marie Ballentine of Easton, PA; one son and daughter-in-law, Carl Thomas and Sara Haubold of Easley, SC and two grandchildren, Chris Ballentine and MegAnn Haubold.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday morning, July 12, 2012 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10:45 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 2550 US Highway 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902-4301.
