Obituary of Helen Ruggeri

Helen Ruggeri, 91, of Whiting, passed away Monday May 14, 2012 at Van Dyke Hospice, Toms River. Born in Perth Amboy, NJ she resided there and Fords before moving to Pine Ridge South in 1996. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace Church in Fords, NJ. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Joseph in 2006 and her sisters, Martha and Caroline. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Chabala and her husband, Ronald of Perth Amboy; her three brothers, Michael Ellis of PA, Walter Ellis of Parlin, NJ, Carl Ellis of Port Reading, NJ; one sister, Florence Kara of New Mexico; three grandchildren, Ronald Chabala and his wife, Luisa, Jill Peace and her husband, Paul, and Karen Anderson and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, May 17 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Rd., Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered Friday, May 18 at 10:45 a.m. at the All St Chapel at St Elizabeth Ann Seton, Whiting, NJ. Interment will follow at Brig. Gen. William C.
