Obituary of Marion Morrell

MARION E MORRELL AGE: 82 * OCEAN GATE Marion E. Morrell, 82, of Ocean Gate, passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2012, at The Lutheran Home at Moorestown Nursing Home. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, she resided in Edison before moving to Ocean Gate in 1974. Marion worked as a legal secretary for Robert F. Novins, Esq. She was a member of Sigma Beta Phi, The Woman's Club of Ocean Gate, as well as a communicant of Joy Lutheran Church. Marion was predeceased by her first husband, James E. Morrell in 1964 and her second husband, William P. France in 1993 and her eight brothers and sisters. Surviving are her children, William and his wife, Susan of Monroe, Alan and his wife, Elaine of Toms River, Kim and Barbara Morrell of South Amboy, Greg and his wife, Wilma of Williamstown, Cheryl Carratura of Ocean Gate, Patrick and his wife, Amanda France of Waretown; her brother, George Stauffer of Bernardsville, NC; fourteen grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, April 1st, at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Rd, Whiting. A Funeral Service will be held at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be Tuesday, April 10th at Arlington National Cemetery.
