Obituary of Henrietta "Etta" Bihler

Henrietta (Etta) H. Bihler, 89, of Whiting, passed away Sunday February 12th. Born in Albany, NY she lived in Jersey City, Clark, and Bayville before moving to Whiting in 2004. She worked at Western Electric and at St Mary RC Church, Elizabeth and St Michael's, Cranford. Etta was a founding member of The Friends of the Library in Clark, as well as a Girl Scout Leader. She was also a member of The Rosary Altar Society at both St John's and St Agnes. She is survived by Robert, her husband of 64 years; her two daughters Patricia Corsello of Philadelphia; Janice Bihler and her husband, Eric Mayerson of Teaneck, NJ; two sisters, Edna Lord of Whiting, and Joan Butta of Ohio; and four grandchildren Ellen, Claire, Laura, and Edward. A viewing will be held on Thursday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home 28 Schoolhouse Rd, Whiting, NJ. A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Friday at 10:45 am at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton RC Church, 30 Schoolhouse Rd. Interment will follow at the Brid. Gen.
