Obituary of Margaret Wedlick

MARGARET E. WEDLICK, 88, of Whiting, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2011. Born in Jersey City, Margaret lived in Secaucus before moving to Whiting more than 27 years ago. She was a homemaker and enjoyed traveling with her family. She was a volunteer for many years at Immaculate Conception Church and School in Secaucus. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Margaret was predeceased by her husband of 64 years, John Wedlick in 2008. She is survived by three children, Janet Levengood, Thomas Wedlick and Dennis Wedlick; five grand-children and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., Sunday, March 6th and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Monday, March 7th at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home 28 Schoolhouse Rd, Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10:45 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Interment will be at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Whiting First Aid Squad, P. O. Box 187, Whiting, NJ 08759.
