Obituary of Frederick Wieland
Frederick G. Wieland, 99, of Manchester Twp, passed away, Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at AristaCare at Manchester. Born in Jacarei, Sao Paulo, Brazil, he lived in Clifton before moving to Manchester in 1986. He was a tool maker for Mycalex Corporation, Clifton, NJ for 26 years, retiring in 1976. Frederick played the trumpet and violin and he enjoyed music. He served in the United States Army during World War II.
Frederick was predeceased by his wife, Mary in 2010 and two granddaughters, Kristine Wieland in 1993 and Kathryn Wieland in 1999. He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Ken and Karen Wieland of East Windsor and Gary and Sandra Wieland of Fayetteville, NC; two grandchildren, Kevin Wieland and his wife, Laura and Kimberly Stewart and her husband, Daniel and four great-grandchildren, Matthew, Emily, Hunter and Kristin.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, Mar. 28th at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, 712 Grove Street, Upper Montclair, NJ. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Hightstown, 320 North Main Street, Hightstown, NJ.
