I wish I could see you one more time Come walking through the door But I know that is impossible I will hear your voice no more. I know you can feel my tears And you don’t want me to cry Yet my heart is broken because I can't understand why someone so precious had to die. The moment that you died my heart was torn in two. One side filled with heartache, the other died with you. I often lay awake at night when the world is fast asleep, and I take a walk down memory lane with tears upon my cheeks. Remembering you is easy, I do it every day, but missing you is heartache that will never go away. I hold you tight within my heart, and there you will remain, until the joyous day arrives that we will meet again..... Daddy, I just can't believe you're no longer with us. One of the Nicest Men I have ever met and Loved, He was like the Father I never had, My Heart goes out to Judy and Tawny and Jeanette for the loss of their Beloved Husband , and Father, He will forever be Loved and missed by all who knew this wonderful man. RIP Gene.
