Obituary of Joseph Ippolito

Joseph A. Ippolito, 78, 0f Whiting, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Born in Jersey City, he lived in Carteret before moving to Whiting in 2000. Joseph was a factory worker for Colgate Palmolive Company in Jersey City. He was predeceased by his wife, Vivian in 1998. He is survived by five sons, George of Greenwood, IN, Joseph of Matthew, NC, William of Charlotte, NC, Ronald of Whiting, NJ and Michael of Toms River, NJ; his longtime companion, Phyllis Burke of Whiting, NJ; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be Saturday, Jan 10th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Funeral Service will be held that evening at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
