Obituary of Sheila Saunders

Sheila Therese Saunders, 83, of Whiting, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2014 at home. Born in Great Neck, NY, she lived in Media, PA before moving to Whiting in 1999. Sheila was office manager for the Rose Tree-Media School District, Media, PA for 11 years, retiring in 1997. She was a past board member for the Somebody C.A.R.E.S. Foundation, Whiting. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Sheila was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Tony Saunders on August 10, 2014. She is survived by three children and their spouses, Matthew and Judy Saunders, Kathleen and Scott Walker and James and Michelle Saunders and four grandchildren. Services are private. In lieu of flowers, Mass Cards or donations to the American Cancer Society in her memory, would be appreciated. Arrangements are under the direction of Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, Whiting.
