Obituary of Robert Clark

Robert Clark, of Whiting, NJ, was welcomed home into God's loving arms on Saturday, September 27, 2014. He was 77. Robert was one of 9 children born to William and Laura Clark in Rochester, NY where he lived for most of his life. After high school, Robert proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1954-1958. Robert worked for the Eastman Kodak Company for 30 years before retiring in 1991. Robert was a loving father and grandfather who shared many memories of trips to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Atlantic City with his grandchildren. Robert was an avid sports fan with a love for the New York Yankees and the Buffalo Bills. Robert leaves behind his wife, Valerie; his daughter, Deanne Clark Butts (Kevin); his son, Jeffrey Clark (Lisa); 5 grandchildren, Crystal & Danielle Butts, Jeffrey (Jennifer), Joseph & Julianna Clark and a great-grandson, William Becker. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered at 10:45 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 2nd at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Burial will follow at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ. Arrangements are under the direction of Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, Whiting.
