Obituary of Ann Kelsh

Ann F Kelsh, 84, of Whiting, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014 at AristaCare at Whiting. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, she graduated from Fordham University with a degree in business. She lived in Staten Island and Metuchen for 29 years before moving to Whiting in 1992. Ann retired as a librarian in 1991 from St Joseph's High School in Metuchen. She was a member of the Village VI safety patrol. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Ann was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Thomas in 2012; her two brothers, John and Paul. She is survived by her four sons, James of Chicago, IL, John of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, Thomas of Schenectady, NY, and Matthew of Eldersburg, MD; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be Thursday, July 31 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting, NJ. A funeral liturgy will follow at 10:45 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Interment will be at Brig. General William C Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Ann's name to the Alzheimer's Association or the Wounded Warrior Project.
