Obituary of Kenneth Smith

Kenneth P. Smith, 81, of Whiting, died Wednesday, June 25th at Southern Ocean Medical Center in Stafford Twp. Mr. Smith was born in Manhattan. He was a member of the Association of Bridge Structural & Ornamental Iron Workers Union, Local #580, NYC. He was a member of many local Golf Clubs and a Communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Mr. Smith was predeceased by a brother, Robert P. and a sister, Doris Oliver. Surviving are his wife of 17 years, Gretchen; one sister, Patricia Faunce of Berkeley Twp.; one Niece and two Nephews. A Family Gathering will be held on Tuesday, July 1st from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the Funeral Home, with a Memorial Mass to follow at 10:45 a.m. in the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Interment to follow at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown at 12:30 p.m.
