Obituary of Vera Saunders

Vera Elizabeth Saunders, 92, of Whiting, passed away Monday, September 16, 2013 at Arista Care of Whiting. Born in Newark, NJ, she lived in Irvington, South Orange and Belmar before moving to Whiting in 1990. Vera was a legal secretary for Harry Goldfarb & Associates in Newark for 10 years. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. She was predeceased by her husband, William J. Saunders in 1992 and her son, Michael Saunders. She is survived by two daughters, Vera Verwey of Jackson, NJ and Elizabeth Capra of Succasunna, NJ; one son, William Saunders of Maine; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
