Obituary of Tosca Noren

Tosca Josephine Noren, age 88, of Lakewood, passed away Friday, March 29, 2013 at the Ocean Medical Center, Brick, NJ. Born in Union City, NJ she also lived in Weehawken followed by residence in Hazlet, NJ and Whiting, NJ before moving to Leisure Park in Lakewood, NJ. Tosca was an embroidery worker for Hammerle Company, North Bergen, NJ for 20 years. She was a member of the Busy Bees of Pine Ridge and the Bowling Club. She was also a member of the Residents' Club. She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Charles G. Noren in 2007. Mrs. Noren is survived by her son, Steven and his wife Valerie, of Brick, NJ, a daughter, Christine and her husband Steven Reynolds, of Barnegat, NJ. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, Linda Kathleen Reynolds and Nicholas Charles Noren, and 1 great grandchild, Natalie Rachel Matthews. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm on Monday, April 1st at the Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Memorial Prayer Service will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 2nd at 9:30 am in the funeral home. Entombment of her remains will follow at Whiting Memorial Park following the prayer service.
